The Agreement, of which copies will be transmitted to the respective capitals for ratification, will waive the visa requirement for diplomatic and ordinary passport holders of both nations. This means that St Kitts and Nevisians will be able to travel to Rwanda without a visa, and Rwandans will be able to travel to the Eastern Caribbean Island without a visa too.
